This successful London based renewable energy company is now seeking a Senior Project Developer on a permanent basis.
Established in 2001 with offices in central London, our client is a successful independent UK based renewable energy company.
Due to continued growth and success in terms of building and a strong pipeline of future work, including nine consented sites our client is now looking to recruit an experienced wind farm developer to take on the role of Senior Project Developer within their team based in central London.
Candidates wishing to apply for this role will have:
• A recognised degree in environment, planning, engineering or construction and ideally a post graduate qualification in finance, business or an MBA;
• at least five years experience of developing power projects (ideally some wind based);
• experience taking at least one project through from first landowner engagement to operation.
Key requirements:
understanding of the technical/planning aspects of wind farm development;
• business acumen;
• basic understanding of contracts/legal structures;
• outstanding inter-personal and communication skills; and
• formidable tenacity, enthusiasm and creativity.
Based in our clients London offices with some travel throughout UK and occasionally Europe and North America, you will report directly to the Managing Director.
